Why we collect personal data and what kind of information we collect

We collect and use your personal data for different purposes depending on who you are and how we get in touch with you. We collect the following personal data for the purposes set out here:

  1. Customer Relationship Management. In this regard, customer contact information is processed. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) letter f GDPR (the processing is necessary for purposes related to a legitimate interest). We have considered that the processing is necessary to carry out assignments we have been given, and the information collected and processed is not too extensive and only relates to the position of customers.
  2. Information about potential candidates and job applicants. In this regard, personal data necessary in relation to the relevant assignment, as well as potential candidates for assignments in general, are processed. The processing takes place on the basis of GDPR Article 6 (1) letter f (the processing is necessary for purposes related to a legitimate interest) and Article 6 (1) letter a (consent). We have considered that the processing is necessary to carry out assignments related to recruitment and that the information collected and processed is not too extensive and is either provided by candidates or made available by candidates for this purpose.
  3. Sending marketing, newsletters and other relevant informationabout our business. In this context, the name and email address are processed. The processing takes place on the basis of the consent of the recipient of the marketing pursuant to Section 15 of the Marketing Act, usually a private person or contact person with a business.
  4. Information about potential customers. In this regard, contact information is processed. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) letter f GDPR (the processing is necessary for purposes related to a legitimate interest). We have considered that the processing is necessary to safeguard commercial considerations of our business.
  5. Recruitment. In this context, CV, application, testimonials, diplomas, statements from references, internal assessments/interview minutes, possibly personality tests and aptitude tests are processed. The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of an agreement with the person applying for a position or who is a potential candidate, i.e. GDPR Article 6 (1) b. If we retain application documentation after a recruitment process has ended, this is on the basis of consent, cf. GDPR Article 6 (1) letter a.

Disclosure of personal data to others

We will not disclose or pass on your personal data to others unless there is a lawful basis or order for such disclosure. Examples of this would typically be legal obligations that require us to disclose the information to counterparties, courts or public bodies.Resumé further uses data processors to process personal data on our behalf. In such cases, we have entered into agreements to ensure the security of information at all stages of the processing.All processing of personal data that we undertake takes place within the EU/EEA.

Storage time

We store your personal data with us for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was collected. This means, for example, that personal data that we process on the basis of your consent will be deleted, if you withdraw your consent. Personal data that we process to fulfil an agreement with you will be deleted when the agreement has been fulfilled and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been fulfilled. Personal data that we process in order to fulfill a legal obligation of the authorities is deleted when the legal basis so determines. Your rights when we process personal data about you

You have the right to request access to, rectification or deletion of the personal data we process about you. You also have the right to request limited processing and, under certain conditions, object to the processing. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days. We will ask you to verify your identity or to provide additional information before we allow you to exercise your rights with us. We do this to ensure that we only give access to your personal data to you - and not to someone pretending to be you.You can withdraw your consent for processing personal data with us at any time. The easiest way to do this is to unsubscribe from the newsletter by following the unsubscribe link in each newsletter. You can also contact us by email or phone.

Complaints

If you believe that our processing of personal data does not correspond to what we have described here or that we violate the data protection legislation in other ways, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority.
